We do not offer refunds on any purchases.
However, if you receive a defective item, please email us at and we will get a replacement sent to you immediately.

If you'd like to return an item, please send us an email to begin the process. Returns must be sent within 7 days of receiving the original order. You will receive shop credit in the amount of your returned item. Customer is responsible for any loss of value. We reserve the right to make case-by-case determinations for exchange requests. Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping expenses for returns/exchanges are upon the customer, but we will cover shipping to send your new replaced item to you.

Due to the handmade nature of our bath and body products, these items are all final sale, and cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded for shop credit. If you receive an item that is damaged, please send us an email immediately.
